YUZU AND CALAMANSI

The bon bon has two components; Yuzu Curd and Calamansi Ganache.

We use 100% pure yuzu juice from Kochi prefecture, Japan to make a fresh yuzu curd with a very nice acidity. To pair with it, we use calamansi juice and make it into a ganache. 

A double citrus combo that will surely wow you.
