The bon bon has two components; Homemade Kaya and Bread Ganache.
The kaya is made in-house using the traditional method of hand stirring it. We use fresh eggs, organic raw sugar, fresh coconut cream and fresh pandan leaves.
The bread ganache is made by infusing toasted bread into milk and cream. The infused milk and cream base is then made into a ganache. We added a secret ingredient to amp up the flavour of nostalgia.
