The bon bon has two components; Chrysanthemum Ganache and Roasted Cacao Nibs.

We use premium taiju flowers from China and infuse into cream. The cream is made into a ganache and roasted cacao nibs are added when its warm to infuse and deliver a chocolatey and roasted taste that complements chrysanthemum very well.
